Cooking

I love to cook! For Christmas my mom got me a recipe box, so that when I grow up and have my own family I will have a box full of delicious recipes to share! So during this Christmas break, along with doing Personal Progress and reading Little Women, I did some cooking and baking. I tried out a few new homeade recipes.
I have made these before but I just had to share the recipe because it is soooo easy!
Homeade peanut butter cookies
Ingrediants:
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Mix all ingrediants together and then just drop little spoonfulls on to a cookie sheet and put the pan in to a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 7 minutes. (and if you're a chocoholic like I am then you can add a cup of mini chocolate chips) Yummy!
Some other things that I have tried are-
Homeade Banana Bread

Ooh! If you love to cook/bake we will have to do recipe swaps :) I'm impressed with the homemade bread, too. That's my goal...to make homemade bread and not have to buy any at the store!!
